Amana Takaful Insurance is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-centric professional to join our Claims Division as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Motor Claims.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end motor claims process, ensuring efficient service delivery, accurate assessments, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of motor claims from intimation to settlement.
• Review and validate claim documents, inspection reports, and repair estimates.
• Coordinate with assessors, garages, and internal teams to ensure timely claim processing.
• Evaluate and detect fraud, leakages, or anomalies in claims.
• Negotiate with service providers to maintain cost efficiency and service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely updates on claim status.
• Prepare MIS reports, trend analyses, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure claims are processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

👤 Job Specifications

• 4–7 years of experience in motor claims handling within the insurance sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicles, repair procedures, and claims assessment.
• Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., SLII, III, or similar) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
