Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Assistant located in Malwana. The Production Assistant will support various production processes, help maintain quality control procedures, and ensure smooth operational flow.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist producers, directors, and crew as needed
• Prepare and distribute schedules and call sheets
• Set up and clean up production areas
• Handle errands and basic production tasks
• Organize documents, equipment, and supplies
• Help coordinate cast, crew, and locations
• Maintain communication between departments
• Follow safety rules and production guidelines
• Support pre-production, production, and post-production activities

Qualifications
• Skills in Production Assistance and Quality Control to ensure efficiency and adherence to high production standards
• Customer Service skills for managing and addressing queries or concerns effectively
• Proficiency in Teamwork and strong collaborative abilities to contribute to a cohesive work environment
• Attention to detail for tasks such as product inspection and Editing for accuracy
• Ability to work in a physically active role, including in industrial environments
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
