Hikvision Sri Lanka is now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – Channel Sales to strengthen and grow business operations in the Southern, Sabaragamuwa, and Uva Provinces.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and strengthen relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and key channel partners across the assigned regions.
• Promote Hikvision video surveillance and related solutions, ensuring effective product referencing, stock-in, and healthy stock levels at channel partner locations.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sell-out and increase market penetration.
• Ensure steady growth in the customer base, sales revenue, and sell-out performance.
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships, understand customer needs, identify challenges, and support partners in growing their business.
• Perform frequent offline store visits to assess product availability, visibility, merchandising, and overall user experience.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing structures, and competitor activities within the assigned regions.
• Prepare and implement regional sales plans, ensuring timely and effective execution to meet targets.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, reporting, and follow-up.
• Our position base in Galle or Matara.
