Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact, providing professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Support branch marketing activities and the Central Fixed Deposit team; maintain and update customer records.
• Verify FD mandates, KYC documents, and savings account transactions before forwarding to Operations.
• Follow up with customers on arrears and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Check CRIB reports and update customer information accordingly.
• Coordinate customer correspondence and assist with meetings, documentation, and security records in collaboration with Operations.
Requirements
• GCE O/L with 6 passes and GCE A/L with 3 passes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in cashiering and/or customer care.
