Business Development Executive
Description
We are looking for a confident, creative, and experienced individual to join our team as Senior Executive – Business Development (Digital Marketing & E-Commerce). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about digital marketing, online business growth, and delivering outstanding customer experience.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing our e-commerce platform and executing digital marketing activities to enhance platform visibility, customer engagement, and online sales. The individual should be highly creative and capable of thinking outside the box, with a strong grasp of modern digital marketing tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in partnership with the group marketing team.
• Manage and operate the company’s e-commerce platform, handling day-to-day operations including order processing and customer experience management.
• Plan and implement search engine optimization (SEO), digital advertising, content creation and optimization, and social media post creation.
• Analyze platform performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Run targeted online ad campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
• Maintain and regularly update all social media accounts and digital touchpoints.
• Lead and support the preparation of physical catalogues using our bra trim materials, bringing creativity and visual impact to the materials presented.
• Conduct market research to support both e-commerce and direct business initiatives, keeping abreast of trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate and execute e-commerce-driven promotions and campaigns to increase engagement and sales.
• Ensure timely shipment of products and handle post-purchase communication including customer reviews and inquiries.
• Create and manage promotional content and materials to support digital and offline marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties aligned with the role as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• A certificate or diploma in online marketing or e-commerce will be a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role.
• Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms, social media, content publishing, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools.
• A creative thinker with strong written and visual communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Passionate about digital innovation, customer experience, and the evolving e-commerce landscape.
