Job Description: Senior Client Care Executive

Location - Colombo - 8

We are seeking a Senior Client Care Executive to independently manage and support clients travelling overseas for medical treatment.

The role follows standard working hours; however, as the primary point of contact, the selected candidate must remain reachable online outside working hours when required to ensure uninterrupted 
client support.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the medical travel process
• Manage client communication before, during, and after treatment
• Coordinate with overseas hospitals, medical professionals, and service partners
• Handle sensitive client matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
• Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and clear communication

Requirements
• Senior-level experience in client care, customer service, or relationship management
• Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage clients independently and handle high-responsibility situation
• Willingness to be available online outside standard working hours as required

Compensation
