Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Pentagon i Runway, based in Colombo. The role involves generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client accounts, and creating strategies to enhance business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, assessing client needs to recommend tailored solutions, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The executive will play a key role in expanding the company's market share and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong Business and Account Management skills to nurture and expand client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in presenting and pitching solutions to potential clients
• Prior experience in the software, IT, or ERP solutions industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
