Junior Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and 3CX calling system.
• Assist customers with bookings, service updates, shipment status, and general support.
• Monitor shipments on a daily basis and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations, shipping processes, and related documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to logistics processes and procedures.
