Senior Executive – Operations & Business Analysis

Job Summary

The Lead Business Analyst – Operations is responsible for driving operational efficiency by coordinating across teams and clients, managing performance against job orders, and translating business requirements into actionable insights. This role involves leading execution, monitoring delivery, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.

Key Requirements
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business and client requirements into actionable operational plans.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and delivery performance across teams and job orders.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.
• Lead and coordinate operational teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage task allocation, prioritization, and workload distribution.
• Act as a point of escalation for operational and delivery challenges.
• Coordinate with multiple clients to ensure alignment on expectations and execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.
• Drive process improvements, support new tools/workflows, and maintain SOPs and compliance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or coordination roles, with exposure to team leadership.
• Experience managing multiple clients, job orders, or delivery pipelines is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive performance and accountability across teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment with exposure to process improvement initiatives.
