Key Responsibilities
• Design, Model and Interpret schemas for electrical wiring and electronic systems requirements.
• Ability to test, integrate and commission systems.
• Implement maintenance strategies to ensure minimum production downtime across a multitude of installations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and co-ordinate the repair of electrical, electronic, and automation systems of printing and production machines and ancillaries PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and control panels etc. in-house, with agents and allied principals.
• Support machine installations, upgrades/refurbishments and deployment initiatives with minimal impact to ongoing operations.
• Project oversight and ability to manage projects within scope, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with production teams and external service providers.
• Oversee premises maintenance activities across a multitude of sites.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work with a multi-disciplinary team towards the achievement of organizational objectives

Candidate Profile
• Chartered Engineer (CEng.), Bachelors and / or Masters in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
• IESL, IEE/IEEE, Engineering Council (EC) or any other professional membership will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in the use of diagnostic tools/aids, planning and engineering maintenance management software.
• Sound knowledge of industrial systems and automation.
• Experience with printing machinery will be a strong advantage.
• Good end user orientation, problem-solving, communication, and teamworking capabilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
