Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage QA efforts across assigned projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
• Conduct performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools.
• Define and implement QA processes, best practices, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and support their technical growth.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and test automation strategy.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 04 years in a Lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and API testing frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as TestNG, Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
