Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Malabe. The Account Executive will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and developing strategies to identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis, and participating in promotional activities, along with liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
• Sales, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of account management, customer service, and business development
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil is advantageous
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in tools and platforms related to customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Relevant experience in sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry, is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
