Duties and Responsibilities
• Update files and systems with information related to complaint handling
• Review and analyse complaint documents and responses
• Prepare and dispatch draft letters, memos, and emails to relevant parties
• Categorize and sort complaints received
• Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution
• Review responses received to conclude complaints or escalate matters for further instructions
Educational and Professional Qualifications
• Completed Business Level I of Chartered Accountancy conducted by CA Sri Lanka OR
• Completed Certificate Course in Banking and Finance conducted by IBSL OR
• Completed foundation level of CIMA OR
• Reading for a degree related to Banking, Finance, or Accounting
• Minimum 6 months’ training or work experience in the Banking and Finance industry
• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credit passes in Sinhala, English, and Mathematics
