Executive – Digital Marketing & Media

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM SL) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Digital Marketing & Media to strengthen the Institute’s digital presence and drive lead generation for its courses, training programmes, events, and professional initiatives and is responsible for executing high-impact digital campaigns, man
aging multi-channel media presence through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management -Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns across social media, websites, email, search engines, and paid media platforms to support CIPM’s marketing goals.

Content Creation & Platform Management -Create, curate, and manage engaging digital content—including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts—while maintaining CIPM’s corporate website, social media channels, and multimedia galleries.

Stakeholder & Agency Coordination -Collaborate with internal teams and external digital/media agencies on creative development, media buying, PR activities, and execution of campaigns across digital, print, TV, and radio channels.

Community Management & Event Coverage -Monitor, respond, and manage interactions across digital platforms; ensure comprehensive digital coverage of CIPM events through live updates, photography, videography, and post-event content; and implement innovative digital strategies aligned with emerging trends.

Analytics, Reporting & SEO -Analyse and report on campaign performance, audience engagement, lead conversions, and ROI; support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility; and handle administrative tasks and stakeholder follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Personal Profile
• A Degree or equivalent professional qualification with exposure to Digital Marketing/ Social Media Marketing.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role in the service industry.
• Strong command of English with sound IT literacy (MS Office and digital tools).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SEO and digital analytics.
• A keen interest in social media trends, digital innovations, and content formats.
