Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive secretarial, general secretariat, or senior administrative role, preferably supporting senior management, directors, or project teams.
• Proven exposure to project coordination and international/overseas documentation handling will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil will be an added advantage).
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong reporting, documentation, organizational, and multitasking skills, coupled with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle official correspondence, executive documentation, records management, and confidential information in line with corporate governance standards.
• Organize and coordinate board meetings, management meetings, special projects, and high-level engagements, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
• Coordinate and support project management activities.
• Arranging and coordinating overseas documentation.
• Ensure effective communication between senior management, internal departments, external stakeholders, and overseas entities while maintaining a professional corporate image.
