Job Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Guide the team in user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to align with business and user needs.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, and user journeys optimized for various devices and interfaces.
• Identify and solve design challenges with innovative, user-centered solutions.
• Establish and promote UI/UX best practices, design standards, and accessibility guidelines across projects.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)

Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Job Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or equivalent degree
• Strong expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Origami.
• Hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and interactive design principles.
• Ability to create and analyze user flows, wireframes, and information architecture using tools like Visio or Miro.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and crafting exceptional user experiences.
