Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute social media strategies across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate understands both content and performance, can manage teams and clients, and is focused on driving growth, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execut
e comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client and business objectives

- Plan monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

- Identify trends, opportunities, and platform updates to keep brands ahead

Content & Campaign Management

- Oversee content creation, including copy, visuals, reels, and short-form videos

- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all platforms

- Lead social media campaigns, launches, promotions, and paid-organic integrations

Performance & Analytics

- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS

- Optimize content and campaigns based on insights and data
• - Prepare monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients

Requirements & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends

- Excellent copywriting and content planning skills

- Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using insights and reporting tools

- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team

- Strong communication and client-handling skills

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)

- Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager

- Canva or Adobe tools (basic understanding)

- Social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or Later

- Google Analytics and performance dashboards
