Group CEO -Healthcare

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and execute the Organization's long-term vision and business strategy
• Oversee clinical, operational, financial, and administrative performance across the Group
• Strengthen corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Drive growth, innovation, and service excellence across healthcare delivery
• Foster a high-performance culture and build strong leadership capability across the organization
• Engage effectively with key stakeholders, including the Board-of-Directors, regulators, clinicians, partners, and the wider healthcare ecosystem
• Work closely with the Board-of-Directors to achieve strategic and organizational objectives

Requirements
• A proven senior executive with experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent C-suite leadership level
• Strong background in healthcare, hospital management, or large-scale service organizations (healthcare experience will be a distinct advantage)
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial stewardship, and operational leadership
• Exceptional people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong academic and professional credentials; postgraduate qualifications preferred
