Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information about our products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and basic issue resolution
• Maintain clear and up-to-date call records
• Deliver a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements:
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English (additional Sinhala and Tamil languages are an advantage)
• Basic computer literacy
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work as part of a team
