EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – ISLAMIC BANKING UNIT

Kandy, Colombo, Kurunegala, Puttalam, Ampara & Kalutara Districts
Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned KPIs and objectives relating to Islamic Banking (IB) deposits and advances
• Develop new relationships and strengthen existing revenue-generating relationships within the Islamic Banking segment
• Structure Islamic Banking products to effectively meet diverse customer requirements
• Evaluate and submit credit appraisals and reviews
• Assist the branch network in identifying business opportunities, facilitating negotiations, and actively promoting Islamic Banking products and services
• Improve the quality of the IB portfolio and collaborate with branches to implement Islamic Banking strategies for short- and long-term objectives
Requirements:
• Should be below 30 years of age
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Banking, or Finance A professional qualification in Banking and Finance (Diploma in Applied Banking and Finance or equivalent) OR
• A qualification in Islamic Banking from a recognized university or professional body
• Minimum 03 years of experience in Islamic Banking credit and/or operational roles
• Comprehensive understanding of Islamic Banking product structures
• Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office package)
• Proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil, along with English
