MANAGER – PRODUCTION

We are looking for experienced, energetic and self-motivated individuals who comply with the following qualifications and requisites to join our team as a Manager – Production.
Location: Padukka
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily production operations to achieve targets, maintain schedules, and improve resource utilization and OEE
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and Safety standards, meeting all certification and legal requirements
• Lead maintenance activities and new projects, including mould changes, equipment upkeep, and PET-related project execution
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through effective resource management and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• BSc in Manufacturing / Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Material Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PET manufacturing in a similar capacity, including Injection Molding and Blow Molding
• Experience in production management, technical aspects of blow & injection molding operations, and factory administration
• Knowledge in TPM and Lean Manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Latest knowledge in plastic technology and modern manufacturing techniques
• Passionate, result-driven individual with strong leadership skills
• Age below 45 years

Experience: Mid Level

Education: Bachelor's Degree
