We are engaging an experienced HR Performance, Rewards & KPI Consultant to review, rationalise, and streamline our performance management and reward frameworks. This is a high-impact consulting engag
ement focused on alignment, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and set up KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics for teams
• Assess alignment between business objectives, performance outcomes, and rewards
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies
• Redesign role-based and function-level KPIs for clarity and impact
• Develop performance-to-reward linkages (incentives, bonuses, recognition)
• Recommend best-practice performance management and rewards frameworks
• Support leadership with insights, documentation, and rollout guidance

IDEAL PROFILE
• 4-5 years of proven experience in HR performance management, rewards, and KPI design
• Strong consulting background with measurable transformation outcomes
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, trackable metrics
• Experience working closely with senior leadership
• Analytical, structured, and outcome-driven mindset
• Exposure to recruitment, professional services, or fast-paced environments is a plus
