HR Executive (HR Operations)

Role Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth HR administration, compliance, and a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations: employee records, HR letters, contracts, documentation, and HR trackers
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking/confirmations, and HR coordination with managers
- Administer leave and attendance processes and respond to employee HR queries
- Support recruitment operations: job posts, CV shortlisting, screening calls, interview scheduling, offers, and joining formalities
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance (attendance/leave/overtime) and manage basic benefits administration
- Support policy implementation, employee relations, and HR reporting (headcount, attrition, hiring, leave)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end HR operations (tech/services preferred)
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and documentation skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace/MS Office and HR trackers (HRIS experience is a plus)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
