Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM & Saturday – 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Human Resources supports end-to-end HR operations, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Handle employee relations matters and support workplace issue resolution.

• Coordinate training needs, programs, and performance appraisal activities.

• Oversee employee welfare initiatives and insurance claim processes.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.

• Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and prepare essential HR reports.

• Support management with HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Human Resources Management or professional qualifications (CIPM, NIBM, or equivalent).

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
