Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Ticketing Officer based in Colombo. The Air Ticketing Officer will be responsible for handling ticket sales, managing customer reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient coordination with clients and travel vendors. Additional responsibilities include delivering accurate travel information, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting travel packages or related services to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations systems
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and a customer-focused approach
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills, with the capability to address customer concerns effectively
• Knowledge of airline ticketing software and tools is an advantage
• Diploma in Air ticketing course
• Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an asset
