Glück Global is an SLBFE-licensed foreign employment agency and German language training provider, supporting Sri Lankans to study, work, and migrate to Germany through language training, visa support, and job placement services.
Key Responsibilities
SLBFE & Regulatory Operations
- Support all SLBFE-related processes, submissions, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Prepare, verify, and organize documentation for SLBFE registrations and clearances.
- Coordinate with SLBFE officials, training institutes, and relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance-related documentation.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Public Relations & Enterprise Manager.
- Coordinate recruitment-related operations for Germany-bound candidates.
- Maintain databases, physical and digital files, and internal reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and official visits.
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and official letters as required.
Travel & Field Work
- Travel to SLBFE offices, partner institutions, training centers, and government offices when needed.
- Support on-site coordination during inspections, meetings, and candidate-related activities.
- Represent Glück Global professionally during external visits and interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a foreign employment agency or SLBFE-related work is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of documentation, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email).
