Responsibilities

• Underwriting insurance policies in accordance with guidelines laid down by the company.
• Maintain relationships with external/internal business heads and customers.
• Processing of claims and relevant documentation as per the company guidelines.
• Maintain and provide accurate reports and data in accordance with MIS requirements.

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English & Sinhala, both written and oral. Knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail and confidence to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience in underwriting or in any related field will be a definite advantage.
• Sound educational background with a credit pass for Mathematics at GCE O/L.
• Fresh graduates / interns are welcome to apply.
