In this role, you will drive our digital marketing strategy, optimize paid media campaigns, and ensure we reach our target audiences effectively. Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze Performance Data: Regularly analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers and content creators to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

a. Skills:

• Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

b. Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing roles.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
• Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or similar qualifications are a plus.
