Unikey Global is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Officer to join our dynamic team in Colombo. If you have a background in visa processing, a deep understanding of international immigration procedures, and a strong eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

 Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review visa applications with high accuracy
• Advise students on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with current visa regulations (Australia, New Zealand, UK)
• Collaborate with counseling and admission teams to support student journeys
• Maintain organized and updated records of all visa cases
• Meet processing timelines and handle sensitive client information responsibly

 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in visa processing or student visa counseling
• Strong knowledge of Australian, New Zealand, and UK visa categories and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneousl
• Strong organizational and communication skills
