We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Digital Travel Assistant to join our growing team. As a Digital Travel Assistant, you will support travel planning, booking coordination, and online customer communication while working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and reservations
* Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers
* Communicate with clients via email, chat, and CRM tools
* Handle travel inquiries and provide accurate travel information
* Update and maintain customer records
* Support marketing and online travel operations when required
* Ensure smooth digital workflows and timely task completion
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Travel Assistant, or Customer Support Agent
* Strong written and spoken English communication
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to multitask in a remote work environment
* Familiarity with booking platforms, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
* Reliable internet connection and home workspace
