Overview of the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager – Logistics to oversee inbound and outbound operations at our Parts Distribution Centre. This role ensures timely delivery of parts and accessories, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and operational standards. You will lead a team of drivers and supervisors, optimize transport plans, and manage budgets effectively.

Job Description

• Develop and implement cost-effective transport plans for timely deliveries across regions.
• Monitor and achieve KPIs through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for loading/unloading to minimize damages and maximize vehicle fill rates.
• Maintain vehicle logs, insurance, and registration renewals.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and control costs.
• Drive adherence to safety guidelines and government regulations.
• Build and lead a highly engaged team of logistics professionals.

What equips you for the role

• BSc Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (or related field).
• 3–5 years in a similar role preferred.

Required Skills to be Successful

• Strong management and customer handling skills.
• Previous experience in SAP or any other ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to write SOPs and conduct training.
