Travel Assistant – School Leavers

We are looking for a smart, friendly, and enthusiastic Travel Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the travel and tourism industry with hands-on training and real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in making travel bookings (flights, hotels, and tours)
• Support customers with their travel plans and questions
• Help with preparing travel documents and itineraries
• Work closely with travel agents and suppliers
• Maintain records and assist with day-to-day office tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• School leaver (A/L completed)
• Friendly, polite, and confident with people
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge (email, Word, Excel)
• Willing to learn and grow in the travel industry
• Preferably Colombo based
