Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and mood boards under the supervision of senior designers.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using Autodesk Revit and BIM tools.
• Research and recommend sustainable materials, finishes, and furniture aligned with Dubai Green Building Regulations and Al Safat Green Building System.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project workflows.
• Prepare visualizations and renderings using tools such as 3DS Max, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
• Participate in client presentations, assisting with immersive design experiences (VR/AR tools).
• Conduct basic site visits and support reporting to senior team members.
• Stay updated on design trends, BIM workflows, and AI-driven design tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality codes, Al Safat, and sustainability principles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VR/AR tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion) desirable.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
