Qualifications

- Experience in reservations and ticketing processes
- Excellent customer service abilities to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry and understanding of its operations
- Sales skills to assist customers in making booking decisions and promoting services
- Attention to detail, organizational proficiency, and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with reservation systems and ticketing software is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in travel, tourism, or customer service are beneficial
