Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Boralesgamuwa for a Tour Executive. The Tour Executive will manage daily tasks that include planning and organizing tours, preparing and managing itineraries, and overseeing guided tours. The role will require effective communication with clients and vendors to ensure smooth tour operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tour Planning and Tour Management
• Skills in organizing Guided Tours and crafting detailed Itineraries
• Strong Communication abilities for engaging with clients and vendors
• Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve organizational objectives
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
