We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Processing Officer to ensure a smooth and professional experience for our students applying to study overseas.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review student visa applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Guide students through visa processes for destinations such as Australia, the UK, New Zealand, and Canada.
• Liaise with embassies, universities, and other partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all updated immigration regulations and requirements.
• Support students from application to arrival, providing an exceptional service experience.
• Handle the university offer letter process and ensure timely coordination with partner institutions.
• Provide regular counselling sessions for students on transfer pathways and study options.
• Contribute strategic insights to align visa operations with the broader institutional and growth objectives of the institute.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in student visa counselling in international education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Law, or International Relations) – EATC qualification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with visa regulations and embassy protocols, International University practices.
