Role Description

We are looking for a candidate that would join our team as an Outlet Manager with experience working outsidethe food and beverage industry.

Previous experience in a similar role is not required - candidates with a passion to start in F&B will be given priority.

Accommodation support will be provided, based on the proximity to outlet.

General Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain quality standards in food preparation and hygiene.

Ideal candidate should possess;

• Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• People Management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English is mandatory)
