Location: Kandy

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: 27000 (basic) + incentives + OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
• Professionally and clearly communicate outstanding balances and payment options.
• Negotiate and set up appropriate payment arrangements according to company policy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and agreements in the system.
• Follow up on payment commitments and escalate cases as needed.
• Handle customer queries and objections with patience and clarity.
• Ensure compliance with company, legal, and regulatory guidelines in all recovery activities.
• Familiar with MS Office Package.
