Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable Student Visa Consultants to manage student applications from initial consultation through visa submission. This is a full-time remote role for professionals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling high-responsibility documentation work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct email, phone, and video consultations with students in a clear, professional, and structured manner
• Guide students through the end-to-end student visa application process
• Review, organize, help prepare, and validate student documentation to meet destination-specific visa requirements
• Provide accurate, up-to-date guidance on visa processes, timelines, and policy changes
• Maintain complete and well-structured records using internal CRM systems and tracking tools
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and UK GDPR standards
• Follow internal SOPs, quality benchmarks, and application deadlines consistently

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in student visa consulting, education advisory, or relevant sales-based advisory roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously without errors
• Professional, empathetic, and client-focused, with the judgment to guide students accurately without overpromising
• Advanced proficiency in digital tools, documentation systems, CRM platforms, and online application portals, enabling efficient work across cloud-based workspaces and document management workflows
• Fast learner capable of adapting quickly to new systems, workflows, and compliance requirements
• Tamil proficiency is an added advantage, not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: LKR 70,000 – 150,000 (based on experience and performance)
