We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Ticketing & Reservations Executive. If you’re passionate about travel, enjoy delivering exceptional service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment – we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and issue air tickets in accordance with airline policies and industry standards.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, rebooking, refunds, and schedule change assistance to customers and travel partners.
• Offer professional and timely customer service to both direct passengers and travel agents.
• Coordinate with the airline’s regional teams on operational and reservation-related matters.
• Manage group bookings, special service requests (SSR), and travel documentation verification.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, promotions, policies, and system updates.
• Ensure accuracy in all reservation and ticketing transactions while adhering to service quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations (GSA or airline experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
