Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Delegate based in Batticaloa responsible for North and East. The Medical Delegate will be responsible for promoting and representing the organization's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, educating clients on products, achieving sales targets, and providing market feedback. The role also involves thorough knowledge of the company's products and keeping updated with the latest medical and pharmaceutical developments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in record-keeping, reporting, and basic computer applications
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is an advantage
• Fluency in both local languages and English is highly beneficial
• A valid driving license is required
