Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI).
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance and security.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and database-driven logic.
• Participate in code reviews, system architecture discussions, and deployment planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience Level: 2+ years for SE / 4+ years for SSE
• Proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of backend development.
• Experience with Python frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
