Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Inbound located in Seeduwa. The role involves managing and expanding inbound business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The professional will identify leads, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with different teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additional tasks include market research, creating strategic development plans, and tracking the performance of implemented initiatives to achieve business targets.

Qualifications
• Business development skills, including lead generation, client management, and contract negotiation
• Sales and Marketing expertise with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to conduct market research and develop growth strategies
• Hands-on experience in the car rental, tourism, or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site and demonstrate a proactive, target-oriented mindset
