Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a competitive hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, event management, or travel sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of hospitality sales, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
