What Our Software is for ? OrangeHRM is a platform for Human Resource professionals to manage and optimize employee information in one central system, so that this information can be fully leveraged by all company stakeholders.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and document them in effective ways.
  • Regularly communicate to the stakeholders including the clients about the project progress.
  • Manage changes to the requirements efficiently, and communicate to the stakeholders on the impact of them.
  • Represent the client to the internal teams while providing the leadership, guidance and the support to them when it comes to the business requirements.
  • Managing multiple projects/tasks at a time.

Skills and Competencies

  • A degree/undergraduate in IT/CS or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
