Network Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Network Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, expanding our network of agents and carriers, and enhancing our service offerings in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, carriers, and customers to enhance our service network.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network development strategies.
• Monitor and assess the performance of existing partners and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on network development initiatives for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, network expansion, or a similar role in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
