Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Colombo (Relocate to Maldives) for a Ticketing Officer. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing ticket sales, ensuring accurate reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with customers. Additional responsibilities include coordinating ticketing processes, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining records of transactions and bookings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and managing reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and ability to meet targets
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Proficiency in ticketing software and tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
