We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Finance and HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s finance and HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth workflow while contributing to decision-making. Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Analyze financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and overall employee lifecycle processes.

• Manage the HR system and coordinate payroll processing.

• Assist with finance, HR, and customer-related documentation.

• Prepare quotations and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

 

• Professional qualification in Finance/ Human Resource Management.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Strong computer literacy with the ability to work independently using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
