Creative Multimedia Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a Creative Multimedia Designer who can bring stories to life through design and motion. You will create visuals for digital campaigns, brand experiences, and creative projects that shape how people see AuroraRCM.

This role is ideal for someone who loves design and wants to build hands-on experience while exploring their creative potential.

What You’ll Do

• Design visuals for posts, stories, and digital campaigns
• Create assets that strengthen our visual identity across platforms
• Support event and internal creative projects
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
• Keep our content fresh, expressive, and on brand
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 1 to 2 years of creative design experience
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Familiarity with video and motion tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plus
• A strong eye for layout, color, and typography
