Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations and Ticketing Executive located in Colombo. The role involves managing reservation systems, handling ticket sales, providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with travel arrangements. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, making bookings, processing payments and supporting the sales team with ticketing and reservation-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and support reservation systems
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in reservation and ticketing software is a plus
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
• Flexibility, teamwork and problem-solving abilities
